Product introduction

As the cyclical and reciprocating type feeding device, pendulum feeder is the accessory equipment of conveying machinery. Installed below the hopper or storage silo, it is mainly suitable for feeding the small particle materials with the granularity less than 50mm. Suspended on the steel structure parts, pendulum feeder is widely applied in ore dressing plant, smelting plant, cement plant, building materials, mechanized foundry, and chemical engineering industries.

Product Application

Mineral feeder is applicable for delivering particle materials from storage silo to materials receiving device in ore dressing plant, cement, coal, building materials, and chemical engineering industries. It is not suitable for delivering powder materials or large granularity materials. Otherwise, the dust pollution and discharging port blockage may appear.

Working Principle

The pendulum feeder is generally installed beneath the discharging outlet of silo bin. Minerals fall into the ore feeding box from ore bin. When the pendulum feeder works, electric motor drives the reducer through coupler, and makes the pendulum plate of ore box do reciprocal movement through the eccentric wheel on the output shaft of turbine reducer, so as to complete the even feeding. The mineral feeding capacity can be controlled by adjusting eccentric wheel or regulating the revolving speed of electric motor.
