Process: Potassium feldspar ore is first passed through the feeder, and then broken through the E-break, then broken with fine E, crushed and sieved with a vibrating sieve. The iron-containing material in the K-feldspar ore passes through the dry magnetic separator. Sorted out, and then the sorted K-feldspar ore remains, stored in the silo, and the K-feldspar mine enters the feeder from the silo, and then is fed by the feeder to the scoring mill. It is then sieved using a spiral classifier or a high frequency sieve. K-feldspar processing is divided into two steps of rough selection and selection. Rough selection: K-feldspar materials sieved by spiral classifier or high-frequency sieve are separated by magnetic separator and then separated from iron and processed. Finish the finished product. Selection: After the potassium feldspar material is sieved by a spiral classifier or a high-frequency sieve, the iron is removed by a magnetic separator, and then flows to the next process, that is, the potassium feldspar material after the iron removal flows into the thickener for precipitation and filtration. After filtering, it is the finished product.
