Product introduction
Efficient improved concentrator is used for ore concentrate thickening and tailings dewatering, also widely applied for thickening and purifying the liquid contained with solid particles in chemical, building materials, and waste water treatment industries. After improvement, the processing capacity is larger, overflow turbidity is lower and discharge concentration is much higher.
Product Advantage
Slow flow device is equipped to slow down the rising speed of materials, making overflow water more even, and lowering the turbidity.
Tilting feeding replaces horizontal feeding of traditional concentrator, radically eliminate the blockage problem when feeding.
Outer overflow weir instead inner overflow weir, thus increasing the sedimentation area and not easy to block.
Working Principle
The vertical axis rotates driven by motor. Ore slurry flow into the tank center along the feeding device. Solid materials suspended in ore slurry subside under the force of gravity. The upper slurry becomes clear water, thus achieving liquid solid separation. The slurry deposited on the tank bottom is scraped to the center of tank bottom continuously by rake scraper, then discharged from the discharge port. And clear water overflows from the top of concentrating tank.
