Dry Type Magnetic Separator

Dry type permanent magnetic drum is special designed for separating the dry magnetic minerals. The minerals for magnetic drum should be dry, particles can move freely, and in independent state of freedom. The whole magnetic system is made of high-performance rare-earth NdFeB and superior quality ferrite materials. The highest magnetic induction intensity in separating area of barrel surface reaches up to 0.8T, which is 3-5 times than normal medium-intensity magnetic separator.

Working Principle

Minerals are send to the top of barrel evenly through vibratory feeder. The non-magnetic minerals are stripped by rotating barrel, and the magnetic minerals move towards the barrel under the effect of strong magnetic field force. The magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are separated accurately by separation plate.
