Product introduction
Lignite dryer, also called brown coal dryer or wood coal dryer, is a kind of rotary drying equipment for dewatering lignite coal. It adopts new drying technology (crushed and dispersed before drying), which realize continuous, industrial and automatic operation. The moisture content of lignite coal is lowered from 25-30% to below 13%, which improves the combustion efficiency. According to the special characteristics of lignite, lignite dryer adopts low temperature four drying stages.
Four Drying Stages
First level: Most of the moisture on the lignite surface is removed rapidly at a high temperature of 400℃, and the composition of lignite is not changed.
Second level: 300℃, close to ignition point of lignite, under the action of induced draft fan, the moisture on the internal surface of lignite is removed, and the lignite is not charred.
Third level: Lignite is crushed and distributed by the crushing device in the drum when flow through this area, then it is fully dried in the drum with the temperature of 120-210℃.
Forth level: Much water is discharged after drying. In case of moisture regain, water is removed under the action of induced draught system in the temperature of 60-80℃. Finally, we get the lignite products.

Coal slime, raw coal, any kinds of fine coal in coal industry.
Iron powder, copper powder, zinc powder and any other metal granular materials in ore processing and mining.
Clay, limestone, sand, silica/quartz sand, bentonite, slag, etc. in building materials
Non-thermal sensitive materials in metallurgy.
Other kinds of powder and particle that need to be dried specially.
