Working principle
The machine is mainly composed of frame, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, moving parts and other components.The motor drives the eccentric shaft through the triangle belt to make the moving jaw move in accordance with the adjusted track, so as to crush the material in the crushing chamber.
The frame is welded with steel plates, and the front wall of the frame is provided with a fixed jaw plate bolted to the pressing plate.The side guard plate is installed on the side wall of the rack around the crushing chamber to prevent the wear of the side wall of the rack.
Application
The machine has good performance and high effect.It is suitable for coarse and medium broken ores and other materials with the compressive strength limit not exceeding 2000kg/cine.it is mainly used in geological, coal, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other departments as well as laboratories of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities.
