Shaking table is the concentrate selected equipment that utilizes the asymmetric reciprocating motion of bed to realize the heavy and light minerals separation. We can get superior quality ore concentrate or discarded tailings only after once selection, meanwhile, we can also get multiple products. Compared with traditional technology, no agentia is used in shaking table separation.

Working Principle
The separating process is done on the tilting table with asymmetric reciprocating motion. The mineral particles are send into the chute in the superior angle of table. Meanwhile, horizontal rinse water is added into water tank. Under the effect of vibration wave, mineral particles layer according to the gravity and granularity, and move longitudinally and transversely along the table. Mineral particles with different gravity and granularity flow downwards in trapezoidal shape along the motion direction respectively. Finally, mineral particles are discharged from different positions, and divided into concentrate, middlings and tailings.
