This customer comes from Mongolia. Due to the limits in geolocation and policies, this customer needs to depend on import for acquiring excellent copper-molybdenum ore processing machines. So, this customer builds a long-term cooperation with our company. He bought machines like SP flotation machine, Ф2700×4500 ball mill, etc. In order to expand the production, he decides to purchase a whole production plant at this time. Through a series of careful investigation, our specialists and engineers design a 300t/h copper-molybdenum ore beneficiation plant and now it has been working for a long time. And our customer’s benefit increases a lot.
According to the natural condition, terrain and features of copper-molybdenum ore in Mongolia, our Fote specialists design the plant with machines like PE jaw crusher, PEX impact crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, flotation machine and dryer. Four processes are included in for processing copper-molybdenum ore like crushing, grinding, flotation dressing and drying, etc.
Through vibrating feeder, large raw ores are continuously fed into PE jaw crusher for primary crushing, then into PEX jaw crusher for secondary crushing, after into circular vibrating screen for screening work. For those larger crushed ores, they would be delivered back to PEX jaw crusher again for continuous crushing. While, for those qualified ones, they will enter into storage bin through conveyors.
Grinding and classifying stage
Crushed copper-molybdenum ores in storage bin are conveyed into ball mill for being ground. The ground powders will enter into spiral classifier for being classified and washed.
Flotation separation stage
For those qualified copper-molybdenum ore powders, they are conveyed into mixer barrel and added with certain amount of drugs. After the complete mixing and agitation, these powders will enter into flotation machine for dressing work.
Copper-molybdenum ore concentrates produced after the flotation stage are relatively wet. So, they need to subside in thickener and are dried in dryer. Finally, dried finished concentrates will be produced.
