1, jaw crusher

2, molybdenum ore ball mill
The processing capacity of the molybdenum ore beneficiation ball mill is 0.65-615 t/h, and the feed size is less than 25 mm. The role of the molybdenum ore ball mill is to separate the gangue from the molybdenum ore by grinding.
3, spiral classifier
The molybdenum ore slurry after grinding by the ball mill is sent to a spiral classifier for classification work, the qualified slurry enters the silo, and the unqualified re-grinding is returned to the ball mill.
4, flotation machine
Molybdenum ore flotation machine is recommended to choose XJK type, SF type or JJF type flotation machine. Flotation is a relatively important operation process in the molybdenum ore beneficiation process. Therefore, the process requirements should be strictly followed in order to ensure a higher quality molybdenum concentrate.
The molybdenum concentrate after flotation contains water and needs to enter the concentrated concentration and dehydration in the thickener. Here, a thickener is used.
