Now the magnetic separation - gravity separation process, magnetic separation - separation process or gravity separation - magnetic separation - flotation process are commonly used.Some factories first recover hematite by reprocessing.Then magnetite is recovered by gravity separation from the magnetic separation tailings.Floatation and electrical separation are also used to select, or use fine screen treatment before the final section.In the process of magnetic separation-gravity separation, magnetite is firstly recovered by weak magnetic separation, and then hematite is recovered from magnetic separation tailings by gravity separation method.The magnetic separation-flotation process takes flotation as the main process of separating hematite concentrate.
