Product introduction
Belt feeder is used for conveying various block or particle bulk materials. It is widely used in metallurgy, ore dressing plant, building materials, hydropower industries. According to the technology requirements of conveying, the belt feeder can work individually, or work with multiple belt feeders to make up the horizontal or inclined conveying system to satisfy the requirements of production line with different layout.
Product Advantage
There are two methods to adjust the feeding capacity, which are adjusting the rotating speed of Ac speed regulating motor and adjusting the insertion depth of the regulating gate installed on the feeder hopper.

Working Principle
The materials are fed to the belt surface of belt feeder by feeder hopper. With the rotation of AC speed control motor, the belt moves forward slowly. The materials on the belt surface are fed into next process through the first round to achieve continuous feeding.
Main Structure
Belt feeder is consist of rack, conveying belt, belt roller, tensioning device, and transmission device. The machine body is made of superior quality steel plate. Belt roller is installed on the rack, which is formed due to the height difference of front and rear supporting legs.
