Product introduction
It is new type industrial dryer researched and developed based on the concrete demand of industrial dryer market after profound market research. It simplifies the structure design, reduces floor area, lower the energy consumption, and limits the emission. The processing capacity can be adjusted according to actual requirements from 1.9t/h to 76t/h. It is widely applicable for drying the materials with certain humidity and granularity in ore dressing plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industries.

Working Principle
Heat source of the dryer comes from combustion device, which uses concurrent flow heating method. The materials enter into the barrel from feed box, then being pushed forward by spiral lifting board. Because of the slant installation of the dryer, the materials flow to the tailing end under the action of gravity and rotation. On the other hand, the materials are repeatedly lifted and spread by the lifting board, thus forming even material curtain inside the barrel. The materials fully exchange heat with the hot air in the cylinder. Since the material is repeatedly lifted and spread, the contained moisture is gradually reduced to achieve the drying purpose.
