Sawdust Dryer

Airflow sawdust dryer, also called pipe dryer or flash dryer, is professionally designed for drying various kinds of small and light materials with the diameter less than 3mm like wood chips, wood sawdust, rice hull, etc. It is widely applied in food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining industries. Working Principle

Wood sawdust is fed into pipe dryer continuously by conveying device. The fuel boiler generates hot air, which mixes with wet materials and moves forward inside the whole pipes due to the powerful fan blower suction. Dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock, and waste hot gas and vapour are discharged from above the cyclone.
