Product introduction
Vibrating feeder is the mechanical vibrating feeding equipment for continuous and even feeding for conveyor, bucket elevator, crusher, ball mill, etc. It is mainly used for delivering the block or particle materials to next procedure, simultaneously, complete the screening procedure for removing dust and impurity. It is essential in the whole mine processing plant. Featured by sturdy construction, good resistance to shock and wear, it is widely applied in ore dressing plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, and mining industry.

Working Principle
ZSW series vibrating feeder is composed of feeding trough body, vibration exciter, spring bearing, and transmission device. As the vibration source, exciter is consist of two eccentric shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) and gear pair. The large linear excitation force produced by motor and the rotation of two eccentric shafts vibrates the machine on supporting spring. Take the vibration as power, the materials slide and do throwing movement on the trough, so that the materials can move forward and achieve the feeding purpose. When the materials pass the screen bars, the small ones fall through the clearance of screen bars without crushing, thus achieving the screening effect.
