Production Example
The project is located in Nigeria and is a copper ore beneficiation project with a daily output of 1,000 tons. The specific operation is as follows:
1. Three-stage open-circuit crushing: crushing by jaw crusher, the crushed product is transported to the cone crusher by belt conveyor for two or three stages of crushing;
2. Grinding classification: the broken minerals enter the lattice ball mill for grinding and grading;
3. Flotation: After stirring by the agitation tank, the slurry enters the JJF type mechanical agitation flotation machine for flotation, and at the same time, the selective collector is added to preferentially float copper to obtain qualified copper concentrate, and then the flotation is obtained.
4. Magnetic separation of tailings: the tailings obtained by flotation are sent to a magnetic separator for sorting to obtain iron concentrate;
5. Dehydration operation: The copper and sulfur concentrate slurry obtained by flotation is transported to a high-efficiency thickener for concentration, and the concentrated bottom stream is filtered and dehydrated by a plate filter press.
