Product introduction
Cast steel ball is made of scrap steel, scrap iron and other scrap furnace material, which is heated by medium frequency electric furnace, and finally melted sufficiently. In the melting process, right amount of noble metal alloy (ferrochrome, ferromanganese, ferrovanadium, etc.) is added into the furnace for chemical composition conditioning. When the temperature of melted iron reaches to more than 1550℃ and satisfy the technology requirements, pour the qualified melted iron into steel ball mould, thus getting the casting steel ball.
Application
It is mainly used for dry grinding in cement plant, chemical plant, power plant, silica sand plant, etc.
Production Technology Process
Raw material inspection → proportion → heating and melting in medium frequency electric furnace → steel mould casting → quenching treatment → tempering treatment → testing → packaging
