1. Oil or acid and alkali resistant rubber or plastic belts can be used to transport materials with special properties.
2.The belt head of the conveyor belt uses a vulcanized link, which can greatly extend the service life of the conveyor belt.
3. The hot rubber belt can transport high-temperature materials below 120℃. It should not be used when the material temperature is higher. At the same time, the bulk density of the transported materials should be 2.5t/m3.
4. When conveying materials with components such as acidic alkaline oils and organic solvents, rubber or plastic belts that are resistant to oil, acid and alkali must be used.
Classification
According to the performance of the cover rubber, the conveyor belt can be divided into heavy-duty, ordinary and light.
