Working Principle

Generally, the chute feeder is installed below the discharging outlet of silo bin. Minerals fall on the bushing on the bottom of trough body. The brushing is set on the idler wheel and connected with reducer by eccentric mechanism, then connected with electric motor by coupler. When the chute feeder works, electric motor drives the reducer through coupler, and do straight reciprocating motion through eccentric disc with drain cap, which is installed between chute frame bottom and roller, so as to complete the even feeding.
