Lined with Polyurethane Series
Brief Introduction: This products have excellent features such as wear-resisting, acid resistant, anti-fouling, radiation resistant, antinydrolyzed aging, high elasticity, anti-mechanical shock and so on.
Product introduction
Polyurethane composite steel pipes are currently widely used in oceans, ferrous metal mines, non-ferrous metal mines, non-metallic mines, beneficiation process pipelines, tailings conveying pipelines, coal pipelines and ash removal system pipelines in thermal power plants, and petroleum, chemical, and cement, pipeline transportation in grain and other industries.
Good wear resistance:
Due to the lining of polyurethane it has good elasticity. When hit from medium, the action of external force polyurethane to compression, when external force disappears, polyurethane is restorable. This feature greatly reduced the erosion that medium directly erosion to inner wall of pipeline. The wear life is more than ten times as much steel pipe.
Anti-scaling
Lined with the molecular structure, non-polarity status, no plasma adsorption of Ca2 +, Co32-, Hco30, OH, not form, no scale layer. The inner surface is smooth and flexible, it can prevent the adhesion of the incrustation, so it has better anti-scale and scale performance.
Small running resistance
Lining surface is smooth and transparent, the absolute roughness of the inner wall is 0.082, can reduce the running cost.
Good water resistance and good anti-aging
It is not like rubber products that will be affected by the phenomenon of swelling in water.
Good combination
Lining polyurethane and steel tube is closely combined with unique technology.
