Rubber Composite Steel Pipe

Good wear resistance, and long life
The test result of the abrasion value is generally in the range of 0.03 ~ 0.20 cm3 / 1.61km, which is about 3-5 times of the plastic, and the wear resistance is 4-6 times higher than that of the steel pipe.

Rubber elastomer has low density (1.2g / cm3), light weight, good vibration absorption and excellent mechanical impact resistance, high strength, good rigidity, no creep, impact resistance, shock resistance, strong water hammer, easy to transport, install and maintain.
It can be corroded by acid, alkali, salt, and sea water.
Wide temperature range
Suitable for conveying the medium with temperature between -50-150 degrees, which has both wear and corrosion.
Good lubricity, small loss of running resistance, saving running costs. The inner wall of the steel-rubber composite pipe is as smooth as a mirror, and the absolute roughness is only Ra. 02668. The inner liner has good self-lubricity and non-stick performance. The running resistance is about 20% smaller than that of ordinary steel pipes, which can save a lot of power.
Long service life
Excellent anti-aging performance, the general service life is more than 15 years (theoretical value) under normal operating pressure and temperature.
