The shaking table is a gravity dressing equipment for separating fine materials. It is widely used for separating tin, tungsten, gold, silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferrotitanium and coal, etc.Our factory has a long history in the production of shaking table, and constantly develop and innovate, from the original straight strip bed surface shaking table foundation to the single curved wave bed surface shaking table (in the 1970s);To the double curved bed surface shaker (in the 1990s), so that the shaker processing capacity, recovery and enrichment ratio have been greatly improved.
Working principle
Beneficiation process of shaking table is in the copy of the tilting table surface, mineral grain group from the Angle of feeder trough into bed surface, at the same time by the lateral flushing water supply for the sink, ore grain in gravity, lateral flow momentum, asymmetry of bed surface for reciprocating motion under the action of the inertia and friction, according to the proportion and granularity theory, then make the longitudinal motion along the bed surface and lateral movement along the inclined bed surface.Therefore, ore grains with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down from side A to side B along their respective motion directions, and discharge from different areas of the concentrate end and tailings side respectively, and then are divided into concentrate, medium ore and tailings.
Product Advantage
The shaking table equipment is mainly composed of eight system parts, such as the head of a bed, an electric motor, a grader, a bed surface, a mine trough, a water trough, a strip and a lubrication system.
The separation mechanism is to make use of the specific gravity difference of the sorted minerals, the differential movement of the head of the bed, the inclined flow of water and different forms of bed strips, so that the ore particles are loosely stratified on the bed surface, selectively transported, and the fan-shaped zoning is formed on the bed surface, so as to produce different rich and poor products.
