Product introduction
Coal itself is usually of high humidity and high cohesiveness. Our coal dryer is developed according to the characters of coal, and it is special suitable for various particles in coal industry like coal slime, fine coal, tail coal, etc. The special dispersed device smashes the wet coal, which increases the contact area between coal and heat transfer medium and largely increases the drying efficiency. Dried coal is mainly used for power as well as raw material for industrial and civil use. In addition, coal drying machine is also applied for drying other materials with certain humidity and particle size in building materials, metallurgy, mining and so on.

Coal is flash dried by high temperature hot air, which ensures large processing capacity and low drying cost.

Working Principle of Coal Dryer Machine
Wet coal with the moisture content of 15-17% firstly passes through a special designed dispersion device, then it is fed into the cylinder. Under the stirring of evenly distributed lifting board in the cylinder, wet coal makes full contact with hot air to achieve the heat transmission. The dried coal is discharged by star discharger at the end of cylinder, then conveyed for package, finally achieving the drying process.
