Product introduction
Sand dryer is the drying equipment for dewatering all kinds of sand, especially suitable for river sand, artificial sand, silica sand, yellow sand, mineral sand, etc. Lifting board is mounted on the inside walls of cylinder, which is used for lifting and spreading the sand to increase the contact area between sand and hot air. Bag filter or wet dust remover are equipped to reduce the dust content of tail gas.

Working Principle
Sand is delivered to hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then enter into the feed end through feeding pipe. The slant angle of feeding pipe is larger than natural inclination of materials, so as to the materials can flow into sand dryer smoothly. The cylinder is a slant rotating drum, the sand is fed from upper end, and the heating medium is fed from low side, countercurrent contacting with materials. Materials move downwards under the influence of gravity with the rotation of drum. Wet materials is dried by heating medium when moving forwards, then send out by belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the discharge end.
